Happy Birthday Ladies of DeBordieu!
As I begin to write this blog post about one of the best monthly social networking events at DeBordieu, the private ocean front community just south of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, I am remembering when my buddy, DeBordieu Club Member, Paula Ford invited me to come one beautiful December day on MY birthday.
It was so much fun!
Sitting there at the ocean front DeBordieu Beach Club with a panoramic view of the Atlantic, being served a delicious lunch prepared by DeBordieu Head Chef, Chad Marshall, and then being serenaded to, with all the other ladies born in December was absolutely fabulous! It’s just one of the special events enjoyed by DeBordieu Club Members and their guests.
Ok so then I check my facebook page…. (if we haven’t connected there yet, we must) and realize that the luncheon is on the same day as Paula Ford’s birthday…. but she isn’t here! She’s in NYC, with a bunch of other travel professionals. (BTW, if you need a good travel agent…. Paula’s your girl. Contact me and I’ll hook you up.)
