Excitement is building as DeBordieu Club Members anticipate the reopening of their private Pete and P.B. Dye golf course about an hour north of Charleston, SC. Temporarily closed for some great enhancements of the greens, tees, fairways and roughs, the the DeBordieu Club course will be better than ever! Here are a few of the upcoming Golf Events!
Re-Opening of the Golf Course – Saturday, September 13th, Open play – 9:00 AM Shotgun start or 2:00 PM Double-tee start.
Ladies Interclub at DeBordieu – Wednesday, September 17th – 9:00 AM Shotgun Start
DMGA Top Dog Championships – Saturday, September 20th – 12:00 PM Shotgun Start
Net & Gross Winners. DMGA Annual Meeting starts at 10:00 AM. Social at the Pavilion following play.
Couples Golf & Gather – Sunday, September 21st, 1:00 PM for 18 Holes or 9 holes at 3:00 PM Format: Captain’s Choice (make your own foursome) Following “fun” golf, we will gather on the “back porch” for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 PM.
Rally for the Cure – Rally Silent Auction-September 17th – 24th – Beginning 9/17, purchase raffle tickets through the DeBordieu Golf Shop – Buy 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10.
Rally Golf Tournament–Wed., September 24th – 9:00 AM Shotgun Start, Format: 2 Best Stableford Points of the Foursome, Cost: $60 and includes lunch following play. Make your own foursome of Ladies, Men, or Mixed Teams. (Golf Shop will help pair up singles and twosomes). All proceeds go to Rally for the Cure!
