This is hysterical.
According to ABC News 4 in Charleston, SC, “A YouTube video recorded on Pawley’s Island has more than 500,000 hits and more than 3,500 likes. Watch it and you will see why.
Madeline is a two-year-old dachshund. Last August, when she was just a puppy, her owner recorded her scampering along the sand, chasing a crab. In the video, Madeline is ultra playful with the crab, pouncing close to it, but never swatting at it.
Madeline’s owner said she is always playful, whether with other people or with bigger dogs, like a neighbor’s pit bull.
It is especially sweet to see Madeline in such good spirits.
“We adopted Madeline as a puppy with the help of Halfway There Rescue in Fort Mill, S.C.,” her owner wrote. “It would be great if you could mention that she is a rescue dog to remind people to consider adoption.”
