December 6, 2014 is THE day to visit Georgetown SC, just south of Pawleys Island, and get a really big dose of the Christmas Spirit!
First, it’s Breakfast with Santa at the Georgetown Maritime Museum from 8:00 am – 11:00, sponsored by the Georgetown Business Association.
And then, look out MACY’S…. the Georgetown Christmas Parade is from 10 – 12 Noon. Santa will be really busy that Saturday morning!
Then right after the parade, it’s the Yuletide Home Tour from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, sponsored by the Georgetown Friends of the Library and designed to present some the elegant interiors of homes, churches & buildings in historic Georgetown!
But THAT’S NOT ALL! From 5-8 pm, “A Very Fashionable Christmas” at the Kaminski House Museum will showcase three fashionable eras in history with a holiday exhibition and candlelight tour. The Christmas Tree Lighting will be from 6:45 – 7:45 and The Georgetown Christmas Lighted Boat Parade is that night from 6-8 pm.
