In addition to great deals at the DeBordieu Golf Shop and Tennis Center today and all through the Christmas season, DeBordieu Members and Pawleys Island residents have plenty of opportunities to find great bargains and support the local economy by keeping their shopping local.
Beginning Black Friday and continuing throughout the holidays, many of these local businesses offer special products and gifts that are truly unique, one-of-a-kind treasures.
Got-The-Goods, owned by my friend, Amy Kingsland, is known for its eclectic collections, sterling silver jewelry, scarfs and wraps, quirky artwork, make up, greeting cards, and local Pawleys Island specialty gifts.
Christmas items include hand printed linen towels and napkins with clever inscriptions, and scented candles, scent diffusers and soaps by Zum and Archipelego (all natural) and special fragrances for the season including Frankincense and Spruce Forest.
Located at 11326 Ocean Highway, Got-The-Goods shares retail space with Cicada, another trendy venue offering boots, flirty dresses, Selver jeans and much more. Beginning this Friday and running through Sunday, both stores are offering a special of Buy 1, Get the 2nd Item Half Price. Check out their latest arrivals on Facebook.
Two of my favorite other places to shop for Christmas presents are Beathe on Hwy 17 and Harvest Commons, on Commerce Street behind Fresh Market, where a variety of specialty items and art can be found under one big roof!
Wherever you go in the Pawleys Island area, please remember to shop local this year!
