Just 4 miles south of DeBordieu, is the peaceful, quiet, historic port city of Georgetown, South Carolina. It won’t be so quiet NEXT weekend, because the GEORGETOWN ROCKS the EQUINOX Music Festival will be held in the historic commercial district from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Saturday, September 22nd.
On the day of the event Front St. will be closed from Orange to Screven Street. There will be two stages and two beer gardens with eleven bands performing. The Blue Dogs, lowcountry legends of bluegrass and rock and roll, will be the headlining band for this year’s festival.
