Everyone at DeBordieu Colony is very Blessed to have come through Hurricane Dorian unscathed.
About an hour north of Charleston, South Carolina, DeBordieu Colony experienced some beach erosion, a few trees down, and some small limb debris, but nothing major.
I have so much appreciation the way the DeBordieu Colony Community Association is always on target in their preparation before a hurricane, and the clean up operations after a hurricane, big or small. If you are looking at communities on the coast, that is a very important thing to ask your realtor about.
Now, you’re going to think I’m crazy saying this, but just after a hurricane is not a bad time to consider the purchase of ocean front property at DeBordieu Colony or any coastal community.
So should you want to take a look at any on this list, please give me a call at 843-455-4523.
