The ocean front Gazebo Bar at the DeBordieu Beach Club (affectionately referred to as the “Tiki Hut” by DeBordieu Members and their guests is officially open!
Yesterday, after a very long day that involved three (yes…. 3) closings and two showing appointments, I took a client and her builder friend to the to dinner before they caught their flight back to Boston. It was delightful!
We dined on shrimp baskets and Mahi Mahi tacos (yum), while listening to the “musical stylings” of Jay Burton.
We ran into a few other DeBordieu friends and clients who said hello and introduced themselves to my guests.
The Sun was starting to set, casting a beautiful light on the ocean, creating the feeling that we were at some fancy tropical resort.
It’s weird… sometimes DeBordieu looks like a resort, but it’s really not. DeBordieu is a residential community, with ocean front, golf course, and tennis club amenities that make it look kinda like a big fancy resort…. but it really isn’t. Sure we have a really good rental program for owners who choose
to rent their homes, but there are no high rise resort hotels or condos….or big crowds that go with them.
DeBordieu’s natural amenities, and dedication to protect them, are the community’s strongest draw. The man-made amenities are icing on
the cake! And the DeBordieu Beach Club Bar is the cherry on top!
DeBordieu Colony is an oceanfront community locate
d just south of Pawleys Island,
South Carolina that features private Pete Dye golf , tennis, saltwater creek access to the ocean, a manned security gate, and luxury homes and villas surrounded by thousands of acres of wildlife and nature preserves.
