DeBordieu residents know that one of the perks of living in the Pawleys Island area is that we’re only about an hour and a half north of Charleston, home of the 2015 Southeastern Wildlife Expo, a.k.a. SEWE!
A showcase of everything we love about wildlife and nature, SEWE is a 3 day event that brings together people of all ages, men and women, sportsmen and conservationists, artists and artisans, fans and families. “Through an incredible lineup of events – from fine art exhibits, conservation education, sporting demonstrations and parties, SEWE invites us all to explore our “wild” side and pay tribute to our naturally beautiful world.”
Celebrating its 33nd year in 2015, the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition has grown to be the largest event of its kind in the nation, attracting over 500 artists and exhibitors from around the world who present their offerings to over 40,000 attendees. A 3-day celebration of nature that has earned a reputation for excellence, SEWE now hosts the world’s foremost experts in wildlife and nature art, as well as conservation research and environmental education.
General Admission tickets for Friday, February 13 and Saturday, February 14 are $20, and $10 for Sunday, or $40 for all three days.
