I was so honored to be asked to serve on the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors “Successful Agent Panel” on Monday, February 6 at the Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort.
There were five of us from the “South Strand” stretching from Georgetown to Pawleys Island to Surfside. It was a great opportunity for us to give back to the realtor community by sharing what works and doesn’t work for us. We shared our successful practices, and those that have not worked out so well.
It was also a great opportunity for me to let the realtor community know that even though my office is no longer located on-site at DeBordieu, I am still representing buyers and sellers at DeBordieu Colony in a big way, and that I am now also active with buyers and sellers in Pawleys Island, Litchfield, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown, and even have one awesome ocean front lot listed in Myrtle Beach!
Pierre Rattini was the moderator and asked us questions about everything from how our databases work to our marketing plans. The best part was when the floor was opened up to questions from those attending, who were mostly agents new to the wacky world of Real Estate. It was great, and I picked up a few interesting tidbits myself! After the panel, there were two additional education sessions, one on lead capturing, and the other on team building. I am on the cusp of needing to hire an assistant, so that was very helpful.
I’m so grateful to the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors for inviting me to be on this panel, and for offering more educational opportunities here in the Pawleys Island area. I was really nervous about serving on the panel, but so glad I did.
