KUDOs to the management of Wachesaw East Golf Course for responding so positively to my distressed sellers!
The owners of 4537 Firethorne Drive in Wachesaw East Plantation were devastated a few months ago when, right before they put their beautiful home on the market for sale, the golf course folks started a new project that included the removal of heavy vegetation that was keeping the grass from growing, but also revealing the not-so-attractive Golf Maintenance shed across the fairway from their beautiful back yard.
The view, while still beautiful if you look down the fairway to the right, was ruined when you look right across the fairway.
After visiting the Golf Course management, a letter was sent to my clients insuring them that help was on the way! Goodbye ugly shed! Soon the golf maintenance building will be almost invisible.
So when you visit to 4537 Firethorne Drive, to consider purchasing this beautifully updated home with a water/golf course view, know that the ugly shed across the fairway won’t be seen for long!
Here’s an excerpt from the letter:
“One of the projects we have begun and not yet completed is the tree work and subsequent beautification of Hole #13. We have removed undergrowth and pruned many trees along that hole.
In doing so, we have enhanced the playability of the hole and created better growing conditions for our turf. The remaining aspects of the project center around improving the sightlines for both our golfers and neighbors. Over the next few months, we plan to paint the maintenance building and increase the height of the fencing.
This fencing will be solidly constructed and will provide better aesthetic value for all. Lastly, the area will be landscaped with a combination of native and specimen plantings, providing a visual screen as well as an aesthetically pleasing backdrop for golfers and neighbors.”
So Goodbye Ugly Shed! Hello Gorgeous Home!
